I.     PERSONAL DATA MIAMI CLEANER’S COLLECTS FROM YOU: Personal Data we collect may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which The Prime Cleaners or its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, or third party service providers maintain facilities and/or infrastructure, and by using the Services and submitting information to us, you consent to the transfer, processing and storage of such information outside of your country.

b) When interacting with our Services, data is automatically collected by the technology platforms providing the experiences, including without limitation information about the Sites that you visit an how you use them and any GPS-based, Wi-Fi-based, or cell-based location information (“Location Information”), and any other identifier that permits direct identifying, locating, or contacting of the device or user. Your web browser or mobile device may share certain data with “The Prime Cleaners” as those devices interact with “The Prime Cleaners Sites” or mobile apps. This data includes: Device IDs, network access, storage information and battery information as well as cookies, IP addresses, referrer headers, data identifying your web browser and version, the date and time of the visit and how long you remained on our Sites, and web beacons and tags. Location Data may include the presence of the device, its signal strength and mobile network information, its manufacturer (Apple, Samsung, etc.) and model, and information about the device’s interaction with the Services or business services. We also may collect information regarding a completed purchase (payment amounts and methods, billing and shipping information, returns and other transaction information). Non-Personal Information relating to your browsing of our products (such as browsing order and products removed from a shopping cart) may also be collected. f)  When you shop at The Prime Cleaners stores, we may collect contact and purchase information. When you are shopping at The Prime Cleaners pop-up store we collect any contact and purchase information that is necessary to process your transaction. For example, we may collect payment information and email addresses (to provide e-receipts). In addition, if you consent and where permissible, we may collect your email and phone number(s) in order to send you information about products and Promotions.

g) If you participate in or utilize, as applicable, contests, sweepstakes, loyalty programs, surveys, discounts, or promotional sales (“Promotions”) being offered by The Prime Cleaners, we may collect contact, demographic and eligibility information or other Personal Data. In such instances, Personal Data may be collected directly by and/or shared with The Prime Cleaners, the service provider and/or business partner via print, website, mobile applications or other means. Personal Data associated with a Promotion may be shared with partners that sponsored or were involved with the Promotion.

However, please note that The Prime Cleaners security measures may change or be unavailable from time to time and no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network is 100% secure.

 

i.  Data Retention: The Prime Cleaners will retain Personal Data for so long as it continues to be useful in connection with providing or improving The Prime Cleaners Services and product offerings and this Policy, except if required otherwise by applicable law. b. Set your preferences to opt-out of communications: There are several ways for you to control how The Prime Cleaners communicates with you:

·  Email and Mobile Messages: You have the ability to unsubscribe to promotional emails or text messages received from us by following the instructions in those emails or text messages. If you use more than one Service then opting out of the emails relating to that Service will not necessarily stop you receiving emails from other Services.

·  Push Notifications: To the extent applicable you can manage the type of push notifications you receive from The Prime Cleaners (if any) by modifying the settings of your The Prime Cleaners applications and websites. You may set your mobile device to not allow push notifications from us.

·  Postal Mail: You may stop receiving marketing materials sent by postal mail from us by writing to our Support Team or following the opt-out instructions that may be included within those communications.

 

c. Manage your Location: Most mobile devices give users the ability to control whether location signals are enabled. Disabling location signals will not allow us to collect your Location Data (by virtue of the location of your mobile device) and may impact the operation of a Service. Requests to stop or update postal mail marketing communications may take up 6-8 weeks to process.

X.     TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The use and access of this site applies without exception to all users and are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website (www.themiamicleaners.com).

 

XI.     RIGHT OF REFUSAL: The Prime Cleaners reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. These reasons include but are not limited to: not being able to gain entry to a home, no power, no electricity, no air conditioning or heating, frequent cancellations or schedule changes, improper or dishonest booking(s), project out of scope of the original booking, not listing all the bedrooms or bathrooms (even if we’re not cleaning them), being rude to team members, poaching or attempting to poach team members away from The Prime Cleaners (at any price), and/or incorrect or non-functioning billing information.

 

XII.     CANCELLATION POLICY: Any appointment canceled or postponed less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning time will be subject to a Late Cancellation fee of $40.  All future services will remain unchanged. Schedule or service changes may not be made through service providers. Please contact our office directly for schedule changes. Termination of regularly scheduled services must be in writing.

 

XIII.     PAYMENT: We accept Amex, MasterCard and Visa. No cash or checks will be accepted. A hold on funds will placed 24 hours before your scheduled service, your credit card will not be charged until service has been completed. Full payment is due on the day of your service. A credit card number must be kept on file with our office. Your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, on the day of your service.

 

XIV.     GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are redeemable by the bearer for services within the service areas provided by The Prime Cleaners. Gift Cards may not be returned, refunded or redeemed for cash. Please treat gift cards like cash; it is not replaceable if lost or if used without authorization. Gift Cards are delivered via email instantly and can be applied to any of our services.

 

XV.     PROPERTY DAMAGE AND ACCIDENT POLICY: We treat your home with great care, but some accidents due occur; therefore we ask that if you have any irreplaceable, collectable, antiques, or expensive objects, we ask that those items be properly secured or put away in order to avoid accidents, or loss of those items.

​

The Prime Cleaners is not responsible for damage due to faulty installation, light fixtures, ceiling fans, pictures, or improperly secured items. Please inform us of any items in your home that require this type of attention.

Team members are required to notify the client of any accidental damage that occurs during each job. In the event the client notices any other loss/damage we are not aware of in the house, as a result of your cleaning service, the client must notify The Prime Cleaners of any incident within (24) hours after service to be considered for reimbursement. The Prime Cleaners reserves the right to deny and provide reimbursement if the above conditions are not met satisfactorily.

 

XVI.     REFUNDS: Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, The Prime Cleaners backs all of its work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the work we have performed, please call our office within (24) hours of the cleaning. XVII.     24-HOUR CLEANING GUARANTEE: The Prime Cleaners will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with. Just let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your service and we will do our best to make it right. Our guarantee is part of our commitment to our customers. We want our customers to be satisfied with the work we perform, and we welcome feedback and comments to help us increase customer satisfaction.

 

XVIII.     CLEANING SCHEDULING: Recurring services are scheduled according to our priorities discussed when defining your service. One-Time Services are scheduled as standard blocks of time. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the time allocated. Please note that it will take a few services to confirm your ongoing maintenance needs. We ask for your patience while we learn how to best clean your home and assure you that we will move from deep service into maintenance service as quickly as possible.

We strive to have the same staff members clean your home on a regular basis, however, this is not guaranteed. Due to vacation, illness or departure from the company, The Prime Cleaners may occasionally provide a replacement service team member.

If, due to the unique nature of your home, your service team member is unable to complete your service within the amount of time requested, we may call you to ask for authorization to spend more time to service your home. We will inform you of additional costs accordingly before a team member proceeds with the work.

 

XIX.     ARRIVAL: To ensure quality service for all valued clients, The Prime Cleaners cannot specify exact arrival times. Arrival windows allow our service TEAM MEMBERS to handle all the variables of each day and each home without affecting the promises we make to you.

If you reside in a condominium or apartment building, please note that the clock will begin from the point we arrive at the front desk.

 

XX.     IN-HOME TIME (LABOR HOURS): Generally, our service team members work in teams of one or two. Please note that, when more than one person is assigned, the quoted time required to complete the job, which was given in labor hours, is reduced. For example, if you were scheduled for a six labor-hour service and two service team members are assigned, the total in-home service time is three hours.

 

XXI.     HOLIDAYS: If your scheduled service falls on a holiday that The Prime Cleaners observes, we will contact you to reschedule your service.

 

XXII.     FEEDBACK: Since service is a very personalized and subjective service, we need your feedback to help us provide our services. Please take a moment to email us at miami@theprimecleaners.co. We value your opinion and your feedback is essential for us to serve you better.

 

XXIII.     GRATUITY: The Prime Cleaners never requires you to tip, but it is a generous way to say thank you to your service team member. Even a personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.

 

XXIV.     SUPPLIES: The Prime Cleaners uses high-quality, tested, and service supplies, including a professional-strength vacuum cleaner with an extra-strong filter, to clean your home. However, if you own special products that you would like to have used on particular surfaces, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please contact our office to discuss prior to your service so we may provide instructions to our team member.

 

XXV.     SITE SECURITY: Your security is a priority at The Prime Cleaners. To provide credit card security and keep your personal information safe, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the most widely used data encryption coding system for secure e-commerce transactions. All of your information is encrypted (scrambled) prior to being sent over the Internet to our system. To protect your information once we receive it, we place it on systems behind secure firewalls, which are communication-management computers designed to keep information safe and inaccessible to other Internet users. If your browser doesn't accept the SSL technology, transactions will not be permitted.

To confirm that your connection is secure, look for the letters “https” (rather than “http”) located in the URL address window at the top of your browser to indicate that you are using a secure browser.

·  If you supply us with your telephone number, you may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding requested services.

·  If you supply us with your mobile telephone number, you will receive texts from us once you have become a The Prime Cleaners customer

In the event that a The Prime Cleaners service is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Prime Cleaners reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for services and/or products listed at the incorrect price. The Prime Cleaners reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Prime Cleaners shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

 

XXXI.     GOVERNING LAW: Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N.
